| Communication Sciences and Disorders |

The communication Sciences and Disorders program is a pre-professional training program that prepares students
for graduate study in speech-language pathology. Those entering this program should note that employment as a
speech-language pathologist is not possible for those with only a bachelor's degree. An advanced degree (master's
or doctorate) in speech-language pathology is required for employment in the U.S. for persons holding a state
licensure and certification (CCC-SLP) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
